Roofing We do
Flat Roofing
A flat roof is a roof which is almost level in contrast to the many types of sloped roofs.

The slope of a roof is known as its pitch and flat roofs have up to approximately 10°. Flat roofs are used in arid climates and allow the roof space to be used as a living space or a living roof.

Repair Roofing
We also do EMERGENCY roof repairs. Certain roofs are more susceptible to damage due to the weather.

Some types of roofing systems are not quite as easily to maintain. We are experts on roof repairing so you don't have to spend all your budget on it.

Metal Roofing
Metal roofs can withstand severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, snow, hail, and high winds.

They are also resistant to damage from UV rays. Additionally, metal roofing materials are non-combustible, granting them a Class A fire rating, which is the highest level of protection against fire

TPO Roofing
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply white membrane used for commercial roofing.

Due to TPO being a white membrane, it reflects heat instead of absorbing it. If you have a flat roof or a low-slope dormer over a bedroom, TPO is a great option because it'll keep the room below cooler.
EDPDM Roofing
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane

(ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas.
PVC Roofing
PVC roofing materials are also commonly used on low-slope roofs. PVC roofing material comprises two

layers of PVC with a polyester reinforcement scrim in between the layers. The top layer contains additives that make the membrane UV resistant.

Roofing FAQs
What are the steps to roofing a house? The steps to roofing a house include removing the old roof and inspecting the deck, installing the drip edge and underlayment, applying flashing and ventilation, installing the new shingles, and finally cleaning up and performing a final inspection. Each step must be completed correctly to ensure the new roof is secure and watertight
What is the 3 4 5 method for roofing? If the short side of the triangle is 3 feet, and the leg that extends from it 90 degrees is 4 feet, the hypotenuse, or longest leg, will be 5 feet. This technique simply requires that the carpenter create a triangle in the corner of the lines that are to be square (90 degrees) to each other.
How far apart should screws be on corrugated roofing? There will be four screws per screw line placed in the high of the corrugated panel. The screws are spaced out so that every third corrugation has a screw. The diagram above is a typical 37” wide panel and the spacing works out perfectly.
How to tell if your roof was installed correctly? You can tell if your roof was installed correctly by looking for straight, even shingle lines and checking for no visible leaks or moisture in the attic or ceilings. Other signs of a proper installation include proper flashing around penetrations, correct nail placement, and the absence of multiple layers of shingles
How long does a roof replacement take? Most residential roof replacements take a few days to a week, depending on weather, roof complexity, and crew size
When should I replace my roof? Signs include widespread leaks, missing or damaged shingles, sagging, daylight through the roof deck, or if the roof is over 20–25 years old.
What are the most popular roofing materials? Asphalt shingles are the most affordable and common, while metal roofing is popular for longevity (50+ years). Tile and wood are options for specific aesthetics.
Is it better to tear-off or do a "roof-over"? While a "roof-over" (installing new shingles over old) is cheaper, a tear-off (removing the old roof) is generally recommended to ensure the deck is sound and the new roof lasts longer.
